Punjab-based social activist Ritik Arora announced a plan to plant one lakh trees across Punjab in 2026 to support conservation and climate awareness.
He also pledged action against illegal mining and stressed a plastic-free Punjab through awareness campaigns and community participation.
Youth, social organisations, schools and local communities were asked to join the effort.
